At Wyatt Woodwork, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to return the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging. Please ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipping process.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is damaged or defective. If your return is approved, we will process the refund through the Cash on Delivery (COD) method used at the time of delivery. Please note that the refund process may take a few business days to complete.

3. Return Shipping Fees

If the product is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to reasons other than defects or incorrect items, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, such as products that have been used or altered. For such items, we will specify their non-returnable status at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you would need to return the original product and place a new order.
